I had an amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on the beach with its black volcanic sand, was absolutely breathtaking. The service provided by all the staff was top-notch, from the moment I arrived and received a foot bath and shoulder massage to the friendly and attentive staff who topped up my water by the pool. The spa treatments were impeccable, and the yoga classes in the mornings were a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a kids-free policy, which made the atmosphere peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and relax.

the best to relax and forget about your problems. a place to meet nice people. a place to learn some things to do in the life. a place to find and feel yourself again. a place where to respect yourself respecting the others. a place not to think about anything. a place to empty your minds.

The resort was in tranquil surroundings and peace full since it is small in size. Great service from all the staff with attention to detail.

The breakfast was excellent however the lunch & dinner food was, at least during the period we where there, extremely poor in taste and presentation. Unfortunately it is the only place to eat since there are no other restaurants nearby.

I stayed at a beautiful hotel that was located in a traditional area of Bali. The view of the beach was stunning, and it wasn't too crowded with tourists. One of my favorite activities was the complimentary hand-on class where we made our own body scrub. The staff was kind and provided an efficient pick-up service from the airport.

Excelent stuff, lot's of books about Bali and Indonesia, all kind of lessons (youga, wood carving, candle making, star gasing), nice set of movies were very nice. Clean rooms, nice spas (although a bit expensive).

Spa servicies, restorant prices are much higher comparing to Bali prices, driver for a day cost 30 USD higher rather than driver from Lovina, at the same time driver from Lovine had better English. Bali tours from hotel cost much higher than you can buy outside. At the same time they are not much special. I am fine to pay twice higher for a tour but only If I really get very special experience. This wasn't the case. Some phisical trainins were not adapted for beginers - 50 years old lady was asked to jump and do some kind of break dance without even warming the muscles.

Our stay was wondeful, the servace was perfect and it was a beautiful surrounding and very calm and special vibe there, a spiritual place!I loved the food and pool area pure relaxation, the spa was also excellent.

There really wasn't anything but if i had to be really critical i would reccomend that they provide new towels all round as some were a bit tatty and could have been better, also the out door cuschions and soft furnishings (linens, runnersm accessories etc) overall were a little out dated.

Beautiful beach and great pool. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a stunning view of the ocean. Loved having access to the complimentary yoga classes on the beach.

Service was below average; staff often seemed uninterested in helping.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful location on the northeastern coast, surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were of great quality, including a pool, gym, and a patisserie that served delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, greeting me by name and accommodating any request. The cleanliness was also outstanding, and transportation to the hotel was provided.

The resort is located in an amazing place, with stunning views of the ocean and the greenery. The rooms are luxuriously furnished and the food is exquisite, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. What I liked the most about this place was the friendly staff, who made sure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

There were some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which was only available in certain areas of the resort. , I found that some of the activities advertised were not included in the package.
